π Key Responsibilities:
β Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with business objectives.
β Program Design: Create cutting-edge training programs (leadership, technical, soft skills).
β Digital Transformation: Implement LMS, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
β Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and design interventions.
β Performance Metrics: Track training ROI and effectiveness through data-driven KPIs.
β Team Mentorship: Lead and inspire junior L&D professionals.
π― Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelorβs in HR, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
β
Experience: 5+ years in L&D/OD, preferably in multi-industry or group settings.

Expertise:
- Instructional design & competency frameworks
- Leadership development & succession planning
- LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS)
β Skills: - Exceptional facilitation & stakeholder management
