🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:

✅ Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
✅ Experience: 5+ years in L&D/OD, preferably in multi-industry or group settings.
✅ Expertise:

  • Instructional design & competency frameworks
  • Leadership development & succession planning
  • LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS)
