✔ Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with business objectives.

✔ Digital Transformation: Implement LMS, e-learning, and blended learning solutions.
✔ Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and design interventions.
✔ Performance Metrics: Track training ROI and effectiveness through data-driven KPIs.
✔ Team Mentorship: Lead and inspire junior L&D professionals.
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, Education, or related field.
✅ Experience: 5+ years in L&D/OD, preferably in multi-industry or group settings.
✅ Expertise:
- Instructional design & competency frameworks
- Leadership development & succession planning
- LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS)
