MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Manager / Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis for our well reputed client company located in Colombo.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for our manufacturing operations.
- Build models to tackle costs, tariffs, and supply chain volatility
- Partner with leadership to optimize profitability and streamline reporting.
- Automate processes to free up time for strategic projects
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis in manufacturing or exports industry.
- Exposure in financial modeling, costing, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills
- Professional qualification in ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA or equivalent preferred; Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting a must
- Exposure in working with Power BI
- Excellent communication skills in English.
