About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager/AM Treasury and Finance Services to oversee and manage the treasury and finance operations within our hospital group. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations while optimizing cash flow and maintaining strong financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee centralized payments and treasury functions across the hospital group, ensuring accuracy, internal control compliance, and timely service delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, forecasting, and liquidity monitoring.
  • Maintain and optimize banking relationships and cash flow strategies.
  • Ensure proper maintenance, organization, and archiving of financial documents in alignment with regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.
  • Manage the company’s debtor portfolio, ensuring timely collections and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Oversee financial aspects of project management, ensuring strict financial controls and adherence to reporting standards.
  • Manage all tax-related matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and timely filings.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified member of a professional accounting body with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related discipline.
  • In-depth knowledge of internal controls, corporate taxation, up-to-date accounting standards, and experience with SAP.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of managerial experience in a mercantile environment, with at least 3 years of audit experience (preferred).
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to ensure process integrity and address procedural discrepancies.
