Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Production/Agriculture Development. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in management, agriculture, or food science who is eager to develop their skills and contribute to our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of production and agriculture strategies.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Management, Food Science and Nutrition, Food Technology, Agriculture, or Animal Science from a recognized university.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Dedicated team player with a high level of commitment and flexibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
