Job Description

The selected applicant will undergo training for a period of one year in the Agri Division and rewarded with an attractive remuneration during the training period. Upon successful completion of the training, the applicant will be absorbed into ‘Executive Grade’ in the 1 respective Division.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the operations of the Agri Division
  • Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of agriculture, including crop production, livestock management, and farm management
  • Develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Agri Division

Qualifications:

  • A Degree in Agriculture from a recognized university
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge in MS Office packages
  • Willing to work in Kudapokuna Farm in Welikanda
