Position Overview:

We are seeking a Lecturer (Tenure Track) for our Department of Business Management at the Matara Center. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and research.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lectures and tutorials in Business Management-related subjects.
  • Conduct research and contribute to publications in reputable journals.
  • Mentor and guide students in their academic and professional development.
  • Participate in curriculum development and review.
  • Engage in departmental and institutional activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A 1st or 2nd class honors four-year bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, or Management.
  • At least one year of experience in teaching at the undergraduate level or satisfactory industrial experience.
  • Evidence of research output (e.g., conference/journal articles, research reports, etc.).
