About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Manager to join one of our client companies. In this role, you will oversee the leasing process, optimize occupancy rates, and manage tenant relationships to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead lease negotiations, renewals, and agreement execution to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
• Build and maintain strong tenant relationships, addressing concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential tenants to refine leasing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote available spaces through advertising, networking, and property tours.
• Monitor rental revenues, analyze financial performance, and prepare leasing reports for management.
• Ensure all leasing activities comply with legal, regulatory, and company policies, working with legal teams as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate sales.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, property trends, and commercial leasing practices.
• Proficiency in property management and leasing software, as well as MS Office applications.
