We are looking for a Junior Finance Executive to join our Foundation Accounting team in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
About the Role:
As a Junior Finance Executive – Foundation Accounting, you will play a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency and accuracy for the Foundation’s global initiatives. You will process donations and disbursements, reconcile accounts, and support audits. Your responsibilities will include maintaining financial integrity across multiple entities, handling transactions in ERP systems, recording donor information, and assisting with month-end and year-end reporting. Your work will help ensure that every dollar raised makes a meaningful impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Process donations and disbursements.
- Reconcile accounts and support audits.
- Maintain financial integrity across multiple entities.
- Handle transactions in ERP systems.
- Record donor information.
- Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Finance role.
- Understanding of QuickBooks.
- Knowledge in Excel would be beneficial.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in Management or Financial Accounting would be an advantage.
