Position: Junior Finance Executive – Foundation Accounting
Department: Finance

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure financial transparency and accuracy for the Foundation’s global initiatives.
  • Process donations and disbursements, reconcile accounts, and support audits.
  • Maintain financial integrity across multiple entities.
  • Handle transactions in ERP systems and record donor information.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end reporting.
  • Help ensure every dollar raised makes a meaningful impact.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Undergraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Finance role.
  • Understanding of QuickBooks.
  • Knowledge in Excel is beneficial.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in Management or Financial Accounting is an advantage.
