Job Description

You should ideally;

  • possess at least 6 years experience in a Bank/ Financial Institution with exposure to SME/Credit/ Banking Operations
  • have a fair knowledge on the products and services offered by the Bank   
  • possess a part qualification in Banking will be an added advantage
  • have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • possess knowhow of using Google Sheets/ Excel and other applications
  • have a flair for excellent customer service

You will be responsible for

  • assisting the SME unit in order to achieve the set targets
  • being responsible in growing the business banking proposition base
  • creating opportunities to cross sell other products of the bank to generate other income
  • management information reporting/ monitoring
  • organizing/ coordinating training sessions, customer events and collaborations with Service Business Partners as and when required
