Role Overview:
As a Junior Executive in Life Underwriting, you will support the underwriting team and branch staff in processing new business cases, handling help desk functions, and analyzing data to identify service gaps. This role requires technical knowledge in life assurance and medical underwriting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the underwriting team and branch staff in processing new business cases.
- Handle help desk functions and provide timely feedback to callers.
- Maintain and update the call register for management information purposes.
- Analyze data to identify knowledge or service gaps.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Business Management, Insurance, or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance.
- Technical knowledge in life assurance, medical underwriting, and other underwriting aspects.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
