Position: Junior Executive – Life Underwriting
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the underwriting team and branch staff members to process new business cases by handling Help Desk functions.
- Follow up and provide feedback to all callers within specific timelines.
- Maintain and update the call register for management information purposes.
- Analyze data and identify knowledge gaps or service gaps.
Key Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Business Management, Insurance, or Finance.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance.
- Technical knowledge in life assurance, medical underwriting, and other underwriting aspects.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
