Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Executive – Life Underwriting. In this role, you will support the underwriting team and branch staff in processing new business cases by handling Help Desk functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the underwriting team and Branch Staff members to process new business cases via handling the Help Desk functions.
  • Follow up / send feed-back to all callers within specific timelines.
  • Maintain/update the call register for Management Information purposes.
  • Analyse data and identify knowledge gaps or any service gaps.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Business Management / Insurance or Finance.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Life insurance.
  • Technical Knowledge in Life Assurance and Medical Underwriting and other underwriting aspects.
  • Excellent computer skills and Excellent communication skills.
