Role Overview

We are seeking motivated Sales Executives (Junior/Executive/Senior levels) to join our Gold Loan team in Colombo, Matara, Galle, and Hatton. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales and customer service in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell gold loan products to potential customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Educate customers on loan terms, benefits, and repayment options.
  • Assist in collateral evaluation and loan processing.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

✔ Minimum O/L qualification (A/L or diploma in Finance/Business preferred).
✔ 1+ years of sales experience (financial services or gold loans is a plus).
✔ Strong negotiation and communication skills (English/Sinhala/Tamil).
✔ Target-driven mindset with a passion for customer service.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
