Job Description

Position: Junior Executive / Executive – Fraud Risk Card Centre

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze transactions and investigate fraud and risk incidents till closure.
  • Analyze data and provide analytics to identify fraud trends and implement mitigation mechanisms.
  • Provide training and guidance to branches, Card Centre teams, and Contact Center to reduce fraud risk.
  • Monitor and analyze data to assist law enforcement with investigations.
  • Perform periodic audits and engage in operational risk and compliance management initiatives.
  • Manage relationships across multiple business teams to ensure that fraud mitigation tools and measures are implemented.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification acceptable to the bank.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a bank or financial institution with exposure to card issuing and acquiring businesses.
  • Experience in customer service, fraud and risk management, including fraud investigation, risk reporting, audit, and compliance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the bank.
  • Working knowledge in statistics and reporting with the ability to analyze data-sets to identify anomalies.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and complete important time-sensitive tasks.
  • Ability to create and work in a team environment.
