Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Junior Executive/Executive to drive the growth of our fixed deposits and savings products. This role offers rapid career progression for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote fixed deposits and savings products to potential clients.
- Identify new market segments and secure funds from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and the public.
- Manage deposit portfolios and build strong client relationships.
- Analyze market conditions, spot opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, field sales, or fund mobilization within the banking, finance, or insurance sectors.
- G.C.E. O/L and A/L qualifications.
- Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- CIM/SLIM or Banking qualifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
