About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Kotikawatta. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in accounting while contributing to the financial success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate accounting records.
• Handle payroll and manage EPF & ETF-related activities.
• Review quotations and finalize invoicing processes.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure financial alignment.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions efficiently.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to align financial activities with operational goals.
• Establish and enforce internal controls for the company.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, annual accounts, and ad hoc reports as per statutory and management requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant degree in Finance or part qualification in CA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
• Minimum 1-5 years’ experience in the commercial sector and an audit firm.
• Hands-on experience with QB package.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel and other Office productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management and planning skills.

Salary:

• LKR 130K – 150K (Net) – Negotiable based on experience.
