Role Overview:
As a People Partner, you will play a crucial role in fostering an engaged and high-performing workplace. You will ensure that employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to excel in their roles. This position involves close collaboration with managers and employees across our Sri Lanka operations, providing hands-on HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with managers and employees to deliver comprehensive HR support.
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives, focusing on talent development, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR best practices.
  • Streamline HR processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Support day-to-day HR administration, including maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports.
  • Enhance employee engagement and deliver training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Qualification in HRM from CIPM Sri Lanka or a Degree in HR.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational HR, including talent acquisition and key HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of Sri Lanka’s employment laws and HR functions.
  • Experience in payroll inputs, HRIS management, and HR reporting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience in HR business partnering is advantageous.
