Position: Iteration Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and design artifacts, training, and events to enhance project organization and direction.
  • Plan and conduct refinement sessions, retros, hackathons, and Quarterly Planning cycle preparations.
  • Coach squads to embrace continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration between teams by promoting clear communication and a culture of trust and transparency.
  • Adapt communication styles for specific audiences to drive effective program outcomes.

Experience and Skills:

  • Applied knowledge of Agile methodologies in a previous Scrum Master role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, remove, and escalate workflow obstacles.
  • Strategic mindset to contribute to the continued improvement of Agile practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to remove barriers to knowledge sharing and improve transparency.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
