Position Overview:
As an Iteration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping high-performing, Agile-driven teams that deliver real impact. You will facilitate ceremonies, design artifacts, and organize training and events to enhance project organization and direction. This includes planning, refinement, retros, hackathons, and Quarterly Planning cycle preparations. You will coach squads to embrace continuous improvement and efficiency, fostering collaboration, clear communication, and a culture of trust and transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and events to enhance team performance.
  • Coach squads in continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration and clear communication across teams.
  • Identify, remove, and escalate workflow obstacles.
  • Contribute to the improvement of Agile practices within the organization.
  • Maintain positive relationships and adapt communication styles for specific audiences.

Experience and Skills:

  • Applied knowledge of Agile methodologies, preferably in a Scrum Master role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and remove workflow obstacles.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on improving Agile practices.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
