Role Overview:
As an Iteration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping high-performing, Agile-driven teams that deliver real impact! You will facilitate ceremonies, design artefacts, training, and events to increase project organisation and direction. This includes planning, refinement, retros, hackathons, and Quarterly Planning cycle preparations. You will coach the squads to embrace continuous improvement and efficiency, enabling collaboration between teams by fostering clear communication and a culture of trust and transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and design artefacts to enhance project organisation.
- Train and coach teams to embrace continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Foster clear communication and a culture of trust and transparency.
- Plan and prepare for Quarterly Planning cycles, retros, and hackathons.
- Identify, remove, and escalate workflow obstacles.
- Contribute to the continued improvement of our Agile practices.
Experience and Skills:
- Applied knowledge of Agile methodologies in a previous Scrum Master role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and remove workflow obstacles.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on improving Agile practices.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
