Job Description

We are hiring an IT Support Analyst to join our client, a leading European organization specializing in electronic document services for global brands and governments. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical issues, analyze system behaviors, and ensure seamless integrations—all while working closely with an EU-based team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues by breaking them into logical components.
  • Configure tools, debug system integrations, and analyze logs to identify root causes.
  • Troubleshoot applications and optimize system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand dependencies between system components.
  • Document solutions and provide technical guidance to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
  • Technical aptitude in system configurations, debugging, and integrations.
  • Experience with troubleshooting applications and analyzing system behaviors.
  • Familiarity with SQL, logs, or basic scripting (preferred but not required).
  • Understanding of web applications (basic knowledge of Grails framework is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and own technical issue resolution.
  • Fluent English (written/spoken) for seamless collaboration with EU teams.
