💼 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)

• Perform daily reviews of Credit Evaluation and Operation processes by verifying credit facilities, in line with the approved internal audit plan.
• Review the quality of credit appraisal, approval processes, adherence to credit policy, compliance and regulatory guidelines related to credit facilities.
• Assess the adequacy, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Internal Control Systems over Credit Evaluation and Credit Operations processes.
• Make relevant recommendations to improve the internal control system and processes.
• Perform physical verification of security documents and other related documents of the credit facilities.

✅ Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from a recognized source.
• Professional Qualification (Advantageous): Part qualification in CA, ACCA, CIMA, IBSL, or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • One year of experience in Credit Evaluation or Credit Operations in a reputed financial institution.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements applicable to finance companies.
• Skills: Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Other: Ability to work independently with initiatives.
