KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct audits of Service Desk tickets to ensure
compliance and quality.
- Review and audit Service Desk calls for accuracy and
adherence to protocols.
- Assign incoming tickets to appropriate IT support staff
for resolution.
- Follow up on users’ negative feedback to address
concerns and improve service.
- Prepare detailed Service Desk reports for
performance analysis and review.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate in computer science or IT
- Good communication skill
- Good knowledge in Microsoft office 365 applications.
