Position Overview:
We are seeking an Intern – Procurement to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in optimizing raw material usage and coordinating the sourcing process, ensuring alignment with our procurement and supplier relationship management objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of raw materials, including pre-order confirmation, PO release, and follow-up.
- Support sourcing during the development stage to align with Design & Development team requirements.
- Help achieve inventory and cost targets by optimizing ordering and minimizing write-offs.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to support sourcing and procurement objectives.
- Execute duties in compliance with the organization’s Health & Safety guidelines, instructions, and protocols.
Key Requirements:
- Undergraduate in Clothing Technology, Business Management, Logistics, Materials Management, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
