KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle six key modules for operational efficiency.
- Engage in line balancing techniques for process optimization.
- Ensure accurate handover of Standard Worksheets with IE pack to GL.
- Participate in GL training and projects improving 5S in stores.
- Follow up on daily bottlenecks and Yamasumi for smooth operations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Maths, or Sciences.
- Analytical skills.
- Sound communication skills.
- Basic Human Resource Management (HRM) skills.
