Intern Human Resources (Thulhiriya)

MAS Fabric Park is Sri Lanka’s first privately owned apparel intensive free trade zone. Its operations focus primarily on the development and value addition of fabrics. The Park plays a strategic role in the vertical integration of the MAS supply chain.

We are looking for dynamic individual to join our team as an Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling MAS Malima Day to day operation
• Database management of candidate details and CVs
• Organizing traditional and digital recruitment campaigns for different MAS SBUs
• Conducting research project on unemployment in Gampaha, Kegalle, Kurunegala districts
• Representing MAS Malima for district and divisional level physical or online job fairs organized by government authorities
• Preparing weekly dashboard of Malima Project

Knowledge and Skills:

• Degree in Human Resources or Business Management
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
