Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling training programs and development initiatives.
- Support the maintenance of training calendars, attendance records, and training databases.
- Support the administration of the performance appraisal process.
- Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of performance-related activities.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in HR, Business Management, Psychology.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development and Performance Management.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
