INTERN – HUMAN RESOURCES

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY

• Coordinate with divisional HR Business Partners.
• Follow up on Ex-Employee reference clearances.
• Prepare and submit employee life cycle related reports for management decision making.
• Support on recruitment bottlenecks.
• Support on organizing employee engagement activities.
• Assist on updating the HRIS (HR Information System) on a timely manner.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Full or Part Qualification from a recognized University/Institute in Human Resource Management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications.
