🔹 Basic Qualifications Required:

✅ A Degree with specialization in the relevant subject area with a First or Second Class (Upper Division).
✅ A Postgraduate Qualification in the relevant subject.

🔹 Basic Experience Required:

✅ At least one year of teaching experience at the undergraduate or graduate level in a recognized university or higher educational institute.
✅ Experience in academic administration will be an added advantage.

✅ Ability to maintain a positive student-teacher relationship with strong evaluations.
