Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated young male with 1 to 3 years of experience to oversee the Internal Control System (ICS) and farmer extension services. This role ensures compliance with organic certification standards, supervises field activities, and provides technical support to farmers.

Qualifications & Skills:

🎓 Degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, or a related field.
🌿 1 to 3 years of experience in the agricultural field (preferred).
🏍️ Valid motorcycle license (required for field visits).
📊 Strong oversight, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
📝 Proficiency in data documentation and compliance reporting.
🚜 Willingness to travel for field supervision and farmer interactions.
🗣️ Strong communication and leadership skills.
