Three Sinha Industries (Pvt) Ltd is a trusted name in the Roller Door & Steel Fabrication Industry in Sri Lanka, collaborating with an Australian Corporation. We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our growing team.

Job Description:
As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
• Maintain employee records, sound knowledge of time attendance systems, and handle HR documentation.
• Oversee attendance and leave management.
• Address employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Fair knowledge of Labour Law.
• Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.
• Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Attend to police inquiries and inquiries on consumer affairs authority.

Requirements:

• Degree or Professional Qualification in HRM.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to work under minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
