About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Colombo. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals, fostering a positive work culture, and managing the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Foster a positive work culture and handle employee relations matters effectively.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor and manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Lead employer branding initiatives and employee retention strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPM, PQHRM, or MBA will be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
