  • Context: Softlogic Group is expanding into the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar energy solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

📝 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for residential, commercial, and industrial solar segments.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Monitor CRM data, sales dashboards, and reports for performance insights.
  • Foster long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee project tendering, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies for efficiency.
  • Build detailed sales plans with clear quota breakdowns.
  • Align with customer needs to support upsell & cross-sell growth.

✅ Candidate Profile (Essential Requirements)

  • Any qualification in Sales/Marketing.
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales & marketing in the solar or renewable energy industry.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, net metering/off-grid systems, and EPC sales cycles.
  • Should be below 40 years of age.
  • Good communication skills in English and Sinhala (both oral and written).
  • Should be a strong Team Player who can deal with multiple stakeholders.
