Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Badulla branch operations
- Drive marketing initiatives for financial services
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and business growth
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative and responsibility
Requirements:
- Ideally below 40 years of age
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the banking or financial services sector, with a focus on marketing financial services
- University degree or full/part qualification in Finance, Banking, or Marketing (preferred)
- Fluency in English and Tamil is essential
