Position Overview:
We are seeking a Graduate Trainee – Embellishment & Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing seasonal embellishment designs in line with customer requirements and coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to achieve development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop seasonal embellishment designs in line with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to achieve embellishment development objectives.
- Monitor daily development activities to ensure timely achievement of development T&A goals.
- Ensure bulk feasibility and other development objectives are met.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Science, Textile Technology, or any other relevant field.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English communication.
