Graduate Trainee — Bulk

The Graduate Trainee – Bulk is responsible for driving the T&A for assigned orders (category/customer), ensuring the achievement of objectives such as OTD, quality, schedule attainment, and profitability. This requires close coordination with cross-functional internal teams and accurate data entry into the ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Effectively coordinate the timely execution of orders to meet predefined delivery targets.
• Manage your T&As, ensuring 100% coordination with customers.
• Record and distribute weekly updates, collaborating with the Planning team to meet committed delivery deadlines.
• Maintain up-to-date status reports for all orders and ensure 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD).
• Ensuring accurate data entry into the ERP system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Designing or Clothing Technology or Business Administration or Marketing.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude.
• Fluency in English communication is essential.
