Graduate Trainee – Supply Chain Excellence

The Graduate Trainee – Supply Chain Excellence is responsible for leading and supporting targeted projects within the value chain phase of our Strategic Business Unit (SBU) Supply Chain. This role involves executing Supply Chain Excellence initiatives specifically tailored to the apparel industry.

Responsibilities

• Process codification, standardization and improvement.
• Process digitization, data standardization and governance.
• Ensure proactive risk mitigation.
• Ensure KPI excellence through analytics.
• Supporting the implementation and optimization of the SWORD system, ensuring it meets the unique requirements of the apparel supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a positive and problem-solving attitude.
• Be a self-starter, proactive, go-getter, performance-oriented team player with the ability to take ownership in delivering operational excellence.
