The advertisement is for the position of Gold Loan Officer at Citizens Development Business Finance PLC (CDB) in the following locations: Moratuwa, Boralesgamuwa, & Wennappuwa.

📝 Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)

  • Adhere to the Company gold loan policy and guidelines.
  • Use and maintain gold testing equipment and tools.
  • Provide quality and efficient customer service.
  • Create business awareness to attract new customers.
  • Handle cash and work based on instructions.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Age: Between 19 and 24 years.
  • Education: 3 passes at the G.C.E. A/L examination and minimum of C passes for English and Mathematics at the G.C.E. O/L examination.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong speaking candidates are preferred.
  • Bonus: School leavers with positive attitudes are encouraged to apply. 1-2 years of experience in Gold Loan Operations is an added advantage.
