About the Role:
We are seeking an analytical Financial Analyst to join our banking/finance team. This role offers the opportunity to drive financial strategy through cost analysis, budgeting, and performance tracking in a dynamic financial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost calculations and quotations to support sales operations
• Develop divisional budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Analyze sales force performance and generate management reports
• Manage invoicing, cost analysis, and maintain updated price lists
• Monitor debtors to ensure healthy cash flow
• Oversee petty cash management and local purchases
• Maintain inventory control through accurate stock reporting
• Identify cost-saving opportunities to enhance profitability

Requirements:

• AAT Finalist or CA Sri Lanka Intermediate qualification
• 3+ years experience in:
• Costing
• Financial analysis
• B2B sales (advantageous)
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel
• Accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP)
• Core Competencies:
• Strong analytical abilities
• Deadline-driven performance
• Financial best practices knowledge
