About the Company:
Our client is a reputed company located in Kelaniya, known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Role Overview:
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing the migration of the accounting system from MYOB to Dynamics ERP. You will play a key role in cash flow management, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the migration of the accounting system from MYOB to Dynamics ERP.
• Manage and ensure the accuracy of monthly financial accounts submitted to management.
• Handle cash flow management and supervise the activities of finance assistants.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory and compulsory payments.
• Liaise with IRD, banks, external auditors, internal auditors, and local authorities.
• Maintain compliance with tax regulations and manage tax-related matters.
• Utilize MYOB and ERP systems for financial management and reporting.
• Ensure effective time management to meet deadlines and financial goals.

Qualifications:

• CASL (Chartered Accountancy) qualification is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an audit firm and 3 years in a commercial sector as a Finance Manager.
• Proven ability to handle the migration of accounting systems from MYOB to Dynamics ERP.
• Prior experience with MYOB, ERP systems, and MS Office is essential.
• Strong tax knowledge is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala (written and oral).
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Male candidates living in close proximity to Kelaniya/Pellyagoda will be given preference.
