About the Role:
Jobfactory, the talent search engine, is seeking motivated school leavers to join our team as Finance Interns in Panadura. This internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have completed their O/L or A/Ls and are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Insurance. The role will provide hands-on experience in a professional environment, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various finance-related tasks and projects.
• Support the finance team in day-to-day operations.
• Utilize MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to create reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing financial documents and reports.

Requirements:

• Completion of O/L or A/Ls.
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Insurance from a local or foreign university (preferred but not compulsory).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Availability for an internship within the next six months.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
