About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic FMCG team. This role offers the opportunity to manage critical accounting functions while ensuring compliance with financial regulations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute day-to-day accounting operations including invoice processing and payment reconciliation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform monthly account reconciliations
- Prepare timely financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) and support budgeting processes
- Ensure compliant tax filings (VAT, GST, TDS) and assist with audit preparations
- Strengthen internal controls and financial compliance measures
- Resolve billing/payment discrepancies through cross-departmental collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or
- Part-qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
- 2+ years corporate accounting experience
- Solid grasp of:
- Accounting principles & financial reporting
- Tax regulations (preferred)
- Excel (advanced skills required)
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP – advantage)
