About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our dynamic FMCG team. This role offers the opportunity to manage critical accounting functions while ensuring compliance with financial regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute day-to-day accounting operations including invoice processing and payment reconciliation
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and perform monthly account reconciliations
• Prepare timely financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) and support budgeting processes
• Ensure compliant tax filings (VAT, GST, TDS) and assist with audit preparations
• Strengthen internal controls and financial compliance measures
• Resolve billing/payment discrepancies through cross-departmental collaboration

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or
• Part-qualification in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA
• 2+ years corporate accounting experience
• Solid grasp of:
• Accounting principles & financial reporting
• Tax regulations (preferred)
• Excel (advanced skills required)
• Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP – advantage)
