Finance Associate – Accounts Payable (US Calendar – UK Shift)

About the Role:
H Connect International, a leading BPO company and a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, is seeking a Finance Associate specializing in Accounts Payable. This role is ideal for someone with experience in AP who is eager to explore and implement automations while supporting finance month-end tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently, both manually and through AP automation software.
• Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Support ad-hoc finance projects across the entire finance function.
• Play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance function.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an accounts payable role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A strong interest in process improvement and automation.
