FIELD QUALITY ASSISTANT
Job Profile:
The Field Quality Assistant will oversee the quality management of fields in our estates located in the Southern Region. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring field maintenance and fertilizer application as per schedules.
- Implementing water management practices.
- Managing plant nurseries and conducting harvesting activities.
- Ensuring field and harvest quality meet expected standards.
Personal Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field quality assurance.
- Professional qualifications in plantation management (preferred).
- Solid understanding of field quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with palm oil cultivation and harvesting processes.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry-related regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
