Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and ensure smooth production processes.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the factory workforce to achieve production targets.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety procedures, and cost efficiency.
- Drive process improvements and optimize productivity across operations.
- Liaise with senior management to align factory performance with business goals.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
- Education: Degree/Diploma in Manufacturing/Production Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 8–10 years of proven experience in a furniture manufacturing environment.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, quality management, and operational excellence.
