We are seeking a talented and competent Executive – Stock Keeping to join our team.

Job Description:
As an Executive – Stock Keeping, you will be responsible for managing stockroom operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and maintaining inventory control to support our restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
  • Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.
  • Perform stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies.
  • Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report them to accounting for reimbursements and record-keeping.
  • Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses.
  • Ensure adequate record-keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
  • Order goods as per the Head Chef’s requirements and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure production records are entered on time and accurately.
  • Handle invoicing to third-party customers.

Requirements:

  • GCE A/L, Diploma, or related field preferred.
  • Understanding of accounting or finance will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Age between 22 – 30 (Male).
