Executive/Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition
We are looking for a dynamic, dedicated and team oriented individual who can make a valuable contribution to the continued success of our organization. The ideal candidate must be a qualified & talented individual with a can-do attitude, having a sound understanding of the subject matter to make comprehensive decisions, and possess the determination to succeed in a challenging environment.

| * Implement strategies to attract the right talent | * Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in HRM from a recognized institute |
| * Execution of recruitment and selection process | * Over three years’ experience in talent acquisition |
| * Effective recruitment through advertising, screening, selection and onboarding | * Experience in a finance sector is an added advantage. |
| * Arrange induction/orientation programmes for new recruits | * Enthusiastic, dynamic and well organized with strong interpersonal skills |
| * Coordinate with Heads of Department to ascertain available vacancies | * A team player with the ability to build relationships bridging people and the organization |
| * To facilitate talent sourcing, liaise and coordinate with headhunters, employment agencies, universities with tertiary education providers and vocational training institutions | * Experience handling the ability to prioritize work under pressure with minimum supervision |
| * Conduct reference/background checks on shortlisted candidates and conduct credential verifications | * Strong analytical skills and excellent communication skills |
| * Provide talent insights, analysis and feedback reports to management for decision making | * Be willing to go the extra mile for successful completion of projects |
