Executive / Senior Executive – Human Resources
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized university or professionally qualified in Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.
- Hands-on experience of 5–6 years, especially in recruitment and other HR operational functions within the hospitality industry or a reputed organization, will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and people management skills, with the ability to handle complex HR situations effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
