Job Position:
Executive – Reinsurance
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee reinsurance operations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurance partners.
- Analyze and assess reinsurance needs and strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize reinsurance processes.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to reinsurance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in reinsurance or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
